The city of Kent, on the south;
The city of Stow, on the west;
The city of Hudson, on the northwest (touches, however doesn't border);
The city of Streetsboro, on the north;
The village of Sugar Bush Knolls, also on the north;

Franklin Township is formed from either a Connecticut Western Reserve.
